스콜피온스 We Built This House는 2015년2월20일에 발매예정인 스콜피온스 Return to Forever의 첫번째 싱글입니다.
We Built This House는 스콜피온즈의 50년 역사를 스콜피온스가 쌓아올린 벽돌에 비유했습니다. 1965년 하노버에서 결성한 후 2015년에 50주년을 맞이하기까지 심한 폭풍을 견뎌왔고 어떤 날씨에도 버틸 수 있는 안정적인 집이 되었다고 합니다. 하지만 그 집을 짓는 과정은 그렇게 힘들기만 한 것은 아니었고, 음악의 기쁨과 팬들의 사랑으로 해오고 있다고.
이런 생각을 반영하듯 Scorpions We Built This House 뮤비는 애니메이션으로 만들어졌는데 거센 비바람에 굳건히 서 있는 건물을 형상화했습니다.
